Deliveries can be made to most UK addresses. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Eire or abroad.
Most orders are delivered by couriers on behalf of Home and Kitchens Monday-Friday only. (Royal Mail may be used for small items.)
We aim for:
Next day delivery on small kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners, dehumidifiers, steam cleaners, etc. subject to the item being in stock. Orders must be placed before 11am (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for despatch that same day. Check ‘Delivery Charges’ below for these items.
3-7 day delivery on larger appliances including laundry, refrigeration, cooking, etc., subject to items being in stock. Orders must be placed before 10am (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for processing to begin that day. Delivery charges are stated at Checkout.
If an item is out of stock you will be informed by email of the new delivery date. If this delivery date is not acceptable we will offer you the choice of a similar product or you may cancel the order and receive full refund.

Acceptance of Order
Home and Kitchens will confirm delivery by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they, or their appointed agent, are available to receive and assist with delivery if required. To assist our courier please provide any information you feel may be relevant regarding access to your premises including stairs, intercom, etc. or directions if necessary. We cannot be responsible for failure to deliver goods due to lack of information received.
Orders must be signed for by the person placing the order or their agent, and goods can only be delivered to the address stated on the order. If you are not available to receive the order, and request alternative arrangements, this is done entirely at your own risk.
DO NOT SIGN FOR GOODS THAT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL RESPONSIBILITY. Please sign ‘UNCHECKED’ if you are unable to see if the product is complete or in perfect condition due to packaging. All discrepancies, damages or faults must be reported in writing within 2 days of receipt
If an order is cancelled or the delivery address amended after the item has been despatched, you will be liable for transport costs. This charge will be dependent upon the size and weight of the item.
